Learn how to configure basic staff attributes, assets, and task pipelines within the PahappaHR ecosystem.
Gender
This feature is for creating genders in the system. To add one, click on “Add New”, a dialog is created, fill in the “name”, and “description” which is an option and save.
Salutations
This feature allows creating of the salutations into the system. To create a salutation, click on “Add New”, a dialog is created, fill in the “name”, and “description” which is an optionand save.
Asset Categories
This feature allows creating of the salutations into the system. To create a salutation, click on “Add New”, a dialog is created, fill in the “name”, and “description” which is an optionand save.
Tasks Setup
This feature allows setting up of tasks in the system. Tasks can either be onboarding tasks or offboarding tasks. To create a task, click on “Add New”, a dialog is created, fill in the “task name”, “position” in regards to order of appearance in the tasks list, select the type of tasks it belongs to and specify if the task has sub-tasks or not and save.
For a task with sub-tasks, to add sub-tasks to a task, click on the task, the buttons are displayed. Click on “Add Subtask”, a dialog is displayed, fill in the “name” and “position” then save.
Marital Status
This feature allows the creation of marital status options in the system. To add a marital status option, click on “Add New”, a dialogue is created, fill in the “name”, and “description”, which is an option and save.
