Recruitment

Configure assessment forms, question options, and hiring workflows to streamline your talent acquisition process. This guide covers everything from building shortlisting forms to managing complex interview stages.

Assessment Forms

This feature allows creation of assessment forms in the system. An assessment form is a set of customized questions that are included on the application form. These responses are vital for the initial shortlisting of applicants, allowing HR to filter candidates based on specific technical or behavioral requirements.

Keep assessment forms concise. Use “Required” fields only for critical criteria to ensure high applicant completion rates.

Implementation Steps

1

Add Assessment Form

Click “Add New”, fill in the name and description (optional), then save.

2

Add Questions

Click the “edit” button. In the dialog, fill in the label, position, data type, and mandatory status.

Form Options

Form Options enable the creation of standardised response sets for specific question types, such as dropdowns or radio buttons. This ensures data consistency across different assessment forms and simplifies the analysis of applicant data.

Implementation Steps

1

Add Form Option

Click “Add New”, fill in the name and description, and save to the library.

2

Define Values

Click the “edit” action button and specify the dropdown value for selection.

An advert workflow defines the sequential stages followed when hiring applicants for a specific role. While the system provides default stages (Submitted, Hired, and Reject), you can create custom workflows tailored to specialised hiring needs.

Implementation Steps

Each stage can be configured with automation triggers such as candidate notification emails and interviewer rating permissions.

This ensures every stakeholder knows their role in the hiring process.
