This feature allows creation of assessment forms in the system. An assessment form is a set of customized questions that are included on the application form. These responses are vital for the initial shortlisting of applicants, allowing HR to filter candidates based on specific technical or behavioral requirements.

Keep assessment forms concise. Use “Required” fields only for critical criteria to ensure high applicant completion rates.

Click “Add New”, fill in the name and description (optional), then save.
